The Process

If you would like to receive a free no obligation quotation, please forward any architectural and/ or engineering drawings, plus soils report information (if available) to

Stage 1

We will undertake an appraisal of the tender information and provide you with a written estimate for your project requirements.

At this stage, we will highlight any concerns or specific requirements (subject to the quality of the information available).

Stage 2

If you wish to proceed with our estimate and services, then we would request that you resend the current construction information so that we can assess any changes.

If changes have been made to the original scheme then there may be the need to re-price our package, we will advise you if this is the case.

Once we have been formally appointed, we will survey the site and discuss any site-specific requirements with yourselves. At this time, we can also liaise with your Engineer as needed in order to facilitate progress.

Stage 3

Once a programme timeframe is confirmed, we will arrive on site as agreed to undertake the works. Any design information or health and safety documentation (RAMS) will be provided to yourselves in advance of our arrive on site.

The Client will need to ensure that the local authority building control has been notified and their visit booked for inspection of the piles once completed.

Stage 4

Any testing, such as pile concrete cube tests or pile integrity tests will be carried out and the reports provided to supplement the piled foundation design package. This will need to be forwarded onto the building control department or NHBC for their records.

If your project is a smaller domestic extension, don’t worry, we are flexible and can work with you to assist you in moving your project along. We appreciate that not all building projects have a full design team running the project. Therefore, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss your specific project needs.
