The formation of a Car Port, External Terrace and Garden House for a bespoke residential development in Kent. This fascinating project embodied the design and installation of 130 no. 89R CHS Screw piles in numerous locations across site, to depths ranging from 6.0 - 8.0 metres.

The ground conditions for this development comprised stiff to hard clays of the Wadhurst Clay Formation. In order to achieve the required pile design toe levels, some of these piles required pre-boring with our digger mounted augers
