Having been recommended from a mutual contact, our client got in touch with the team and was impressed with our expertise, flexible approach and rig availability and timescales. After a number of site and design meetings, we made plans to commence this project on the sunny south coast.

The construction consisted of a large Piled Retaining Wall for the basement of a proposed five bedroom house with a lower ground floor, vehicle life, landscaping and associated works. This was a difficult site given the extent of the existing slope and topography. We overcame such through the implementation of numerous different piling platform levels across the site.

The works involved the design and installation of 136 no. 450mm diameter Continuous Flight Auger Bored piles installed at 600mm centres over a total wall length of 82.0 metres.
