Another regular customer of ours approached us with a very large new build residential structure complete with a basement. After our initial site visit, our in-house design team were able to jump straight into this design, enabling us to furnish our client with yet another bespoke package which is both practical and competitive.

This project consisted of two separate visits. Visit one comprised the installation of load bearing piles and the majority of the perimeter basement. This required a total of 53 No. 300mm diameter Continuous Flight Auger Bored piles to depths of between 7.0 and 13.5 metres, as well as 52 No. 450mm diameter Contiguous Wall piles installed at 600mm centres over a total wall length of 31.0 linear metres.

Visit two requires an additional lower level basement to be installed with 94 No. 450mm diameter Contiguous Wall piles, all to be installed at 600mm centres over a total wall length of 56.0 linear metres.
