A prestigious development for a luxury home in the heart of Buckinghamshire. This project consisted of the design and installation of 129 No. 450mm diameter Contiguous Retaining Wall piles, which were installed at 600mm centres over a total wall length of 77.0 metres.

The proposed development comprised the construction of a detached garage with a single storey basement beneath, for use as a gym/cinema room and bar area. The ground conditions consisted of an initial band of Gerrards Cross Gravel Member over the Seaford Chalk Formation.
